You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not cover the cost of postage or shipping for returned items.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom-made products. We also do not accept returns for items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
